Privacy policy

Version: 31 October 2026

Who handles your data

The data controller is Bronislovas Juodpalis's company Kermeta, Pakruojo g. 29, LT-76139 Šiauliai, Lithuania, email info@kermeta.lt, phone +370 41 441090.

What we collect and why

Enquiry form. Your name, email address, the message, the urn variant you chose and, if you give it, a phone number. We use it only to answer your enquiry and send an offer. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box before sending the form.

Visitor statistics. We count which countries visitors come from. The country is worked out from the IP address on the spot; the address itself is not stored and no cookies are used. Only the country code and a total visit count are saved. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding the audience of the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Server logs. The hosting provider briefly records the IP address, the time of the request and the browser type for technical and security reasons.

Cookies and third parties

This site uses no cookies, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server, so your browser sends no data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the related correspondence for up to 12 months after the last message. If we start a contract, we keep the data for as long as the law requires.

Who receives it

We do not sell data or pass it to other companies, except service providers (website hosting, email) who process it on our behalf.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct or erase it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). Write to info@kermeta.lt.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
